A noble journey

The Blessing of Memorizing the Quran

The Holy Quran is the final revealed Book of Allah. Memorizing the Quran is a great honor and an act of worship. The Companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave special attention to memorizing, reciting, and practicing the Quran.

Memorization should not be limited to preserving the words in one's memory. It should also lead to regular recitation, revision, understanding, and acting upon the guidance of the Quran.

Revision Is Part of Hifz

Regular revision and repetition are essential after memorization so that what has been learned remains strong. A consistent revision routine helps learners maintain their memorized portions and continue reciting them confidently.
